Final Cost Report submissions sent via hard copy mail will not be processed if submitted after 7/18/2024. Please send an email with a full completed PDF copy of the Final Cost Report attached to: buildingforms@nysed.giv with a subject line that includes “Final Cost Report for SED Project # XX-XX-XX-XX-X-XXXX-XXX (Use full 15-digit SED Project Number) and the district name. This directive will remain in effect until further notice from Facilities Planning.
