SA-132 and SA-135 Submissions

SED posted information regarding SA-132 (Bonds & Refunding Bonds) and SA-135 (BANS) submissions to their website as it relates to the forms due for all districts Bond and BAN borrowings. These forms are required if the district issued debt between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024, including refunding debt and/or EPC entered.
