The Questar III High School Invitational Art Exhibit began in 1989 as a way to encourage the development and exchange of arts programming for schools in the region.  Over the years the exhibit was held at the Questar III offices in Castleton, the Art Center of the Capital Region in Troy, and WMHT Studios in North Greenbush.   The program was also designed to encourage student participation in our schools’ arts programming, to provide students with authentic feedback on their artistic endeavors and to promote strong, public support of the arts in our schools.
