The countdown continues until ESSA is due. A few months ago, SED opened the IDEx portal for districts to be able to complete their ESSA financial report of actual expenditures for the 2019-20 school year. The ESSA Report for the 2019-20 school year is due December 31, 2020 (except for the Big 5).
As a reminder, our office has once again developed an Excel template to assist districts in gathering their expenditures into the ESSA reporting format. The template and resources are posted on our website under the “Topics”, then “Other” links. If you need a password for the template, please email: stateaidplanning@questar.org.
We held a webinar in October that provided an overview of how to use the Excel template to gather your district’s expenditures and to be able to report those costs in the format of the ESSA report requirements.
